PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of allowing a condensed water in a casing to flow well to a water drain hole on a vehicle body side. SOLUTION: Air fed from a blower unit 1 flows below a cooling heat exchanger 20, and the fed air flows upwardly through a heat exchange unit 23 of the cooling heat exchanger 20. The heat exchange unit 23 cools the fed air. A condensed water is generated in the heat exchange unit 23. The condensed water flows from the heat exchange unit 23 side to a lower tank 24 side, and the condensed water drops into a water storage unit 12a of a lower casing 10a. The condensed water flows into a drain cover 40 from a water drain hole 11 of a water storage unit 12a, and is guided to the water drain hole on the vehicle body side by the drain cover 40. A hollow part 42 of the drain cover 40 is narrowed from a casing 10 side toward the water drain hole side on the vehicle body side.
