摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a hybrid vehicle capable of appropriately suppressing mechanical loss due to meshing in a planetary gear. <P>SOLUTION: The controller for the hybrid vehicle carries out control with respect to a hybrid vehicle provided with an engine and an electric motor as power sources. An engine control means controls an engine speed and engine torque such that the engine speed and a rotational frequency in the electric motor are the same if there is a margin in a charged state of an electric storage means during acceleration. An electric motor control means controls charging or discharge of the electric motor such that demanded power from the vehicle is outputted when control is carried out by the engine control means. By such a controller for a hybrid vehicle, differential rotation in gears in the planetary gear can be reduced while appropriately outputting the demanded power from the vehicle. By this, meshing loss in the planetary gear can be reduced, and suppressing of the mechanical loss becomes possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
