<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein respective stores need to be provided with FAX machines and telephone lines to report contents of paper media, such as slips, to other stores, it costs to prepare and maintain the FAX machines and telephone lines, and when the FAX machines are used, cost of communication is required each time the contents are transmitted by FAX so that very high communication cost is required for a large number of FAX transmissions. <P>SOLUTION: When the contents of the paper media, such as slips, are reported to another store, image data showing the contents of the paper media are generated by a scanner device connected to a client terminal provided at a local store and transmitted to the other client terminal, based on transfer destination data of the other store, selected from a transfer destination table in a transfer destination storage section, and the other client terminal having received the image data instructs a connected printer device to print, so that the printer device, having received the print instruction, performs printing processing, based on the image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
