<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the processing environment of a document in an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: When operation of the image forming device is started (S1), and document printing is selected on a display part screen (S2), the screen is changed to a user identification information input screen (S3). When an identification number is inputted, a CPU performs authentication (S4), retrieves a document of the identification number (S5), and determines whether an accumulate document is present or not (S6). When the document is accumulated, time information assigned to the identification number is read, and a list of document information is displayed (S7). A timer is started to operate simultaneously with the list display of document information (S8), and terminated after the lapse of the time of the time information (S9). The input identification number is invalidated, and whether the list of document information is displayed or not is determined (S10). The list display screen is closed when the list is displayed, or the process is returned to the user identification information input display (S3). Processing such as printing is performed during the time when the identification number is valid (S12).
