摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe lithium secondary cell which ensures the high capacity, good product cycle and high output and maintains gas generation at low level even when its size is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium secondary cell has a set of electrodes constituting a positive electrode and a negative electrode via a porous membrane separator and employs a nonaqueous electrolyte including a compound of general formula (1) [in this formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>represent organic groups each of which includes 1 to 12 carbons and n is an integer from 3 to 10], a compound of general formula (2) [in this formula, R<SP>3</SP>to R<SP>5</SP>represent organic groups each of which includes 1 to 12 carbons, x is an integer from 1 to 3 and p, q and r are integers from 0 to 3 which meet the requirement of 1&le;p+q+r&le;3], a compound of general formula (3) [in this formula, R<SP>6</SP>to R<SP>8</SP>represent organic groups each of which includes 1 to 12 carbons and A is a group consisting of H, C, N, O, F, S, Si and/or P], a compound having an S-F bonding, a nitrate, a nitrite salt, a monofluorophosphate, a difluorophosphate, an acetate, and/or a propionate.
