<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer membrane which can effectively reduce the crossover phenomenon occurring in a fuel cell, its manufacturing method, and a fuel cell employing this polymer membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer membrane comprises a porous polymer matrix and an acrylic polymer with which the inside of pores of the porous polymer matrix is impregnated, and its manufacturing method is also disclosed.
