PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost bag with an opening retaining function in a field of production of a bag made of a laminated film, which bag can be kept wide open at its mouth when unsealed to allow such content as powder to be easily taken out with a spoon, etc., offers resealing function, and facilitates a disposal process after use of the bag. SOLUTION: The bag is made by heat sealing a laminated film 1 into a baglike shape. When the mouth of the bag, which is at one end of the bag, is opened, a tapelike sheet 10 containing a paper base material is pasted at least on one face of the laminated film 1 at the mouth to form the bag with the opening retaining function. The tapelike sheet 10 preferably contains the paper material at metric weight of 120 to 340 g/m<SP>2</SP>, and may be heat-molded into a trough shape longitudinally of the sheet 10.
