PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a cooling sheet which maintains high cooling effects for a long period of time and is appropriately adhering to an adhesion region of a body in a manner not to be peeled off easily in a portable cooling sheet having the cooling sheet housed in a housing container. SOLUTION: In the portable cooling sheet formed by housing the cooling sheet 10, having an aqueous gel body 15 that shows a high moisture content and low tackiness and is formed on a retaining sheet 11 adhering to a release sheet 13 with an adhesive layer 12 using a non-soluble adhesive agent to be detached, in a manner that the release sheet is located on the bottom side of a housing recess 21 of a housing container 20 and by closing an opening part of the upper surface of the housing recess by a closing member 14, protruded parts 23 protruding upward are provided on the bottom of the housing recessed part, and hole parts 16 which penetrate at least the release sheet and the retaining sheet and reach the aqueous gel body are formed on the cooling sheet in a manner to correspond to the protrusions.
