<p>A subtraction image acquired by an energy subtraction section (15) is the base of the three-dimensional reconstruction for acquiring a three-dimensional X-ray image showing an extracted region of interest of a subject (M). In addition, by image subtraction performed by the energy subtraction section (15) according to the weighting by a weight setting section (14), only the region of interest of the subject (M) is extracted , and a soft tissue which is the background region around the region of interest is erased. As a result, if the soft tissue which is the background region around the region of interest of the subject (M) moves because of the user's body movement while subtraction images are acquired one by one by the energy subtraction section (15), the movement of the soft tissue of the subject (M) does not appear as an artifact on the subtraction image and the three-dimensional X-ray image created using the subtraction image as the base.</p> |
