<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job information management system for commonly managing and using a management code even when defining and operating the use rights of a management code by setting user ID(or department ID) in the management code under an environment having different authentication systems. <P>SOLUTION: In the job management system, a job management device stores user information whose ID is defined for a user name or department name and management code information whose ID is defined as the use rights of a management code.
