<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing control system for separating recovery printing from a printing job in the recovery printing to be executed after the generation of a fault in a cut paper printing system having a plurality of paper feeding apparatuses capable of setting a long side and short side as the paper feeding directions of recording paper. <P>SOLUTION: The cut paper printing system provided with a development processing part for receiving printing data from a master computer, and developing and converting the printing data into raster data, a large capacity recording apparatus for storing the raster data, a reprinting processing part for executing recovery printing after the generation of a fault in an output device, and a plurality of paper feeding apparatuses capable of setting a long side and a short side as the paper feeding directions of recording paper is also provided with a means for rotating the raster data of a page to be recovered at 90° so that when the paper feeding direction of the page to be recovered is the long side, paper of the short side is selected to print out the raster data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
