PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensing device preventing the concentration of a power consumption and being capable of recording a photographed image to an HDD even in the case of the small residual quantity of a battery. SOLUTION: When the necessity (the state of a flag=1) of the driving control of the HDD 210 is decided (NO at a step S302) and the residual quantity less than a specified value of the battery for a digital camera 100 is decided (NO at the step S310), the photographed image is written to a memory card 200 once (the step S312). The image written to the memory card 200 is written to the HDD 210 (the step S314) after the completion of a photographing (the steps S308 and S309). Accordingly, when the residual quantity of the battery for the digital camera 100 is small; a recording operation to the HDD 210 and the photographing operation of the digital camera 100 are controlled sequentially, the concentration is prevented in the power consumption applied to both operations, and the image can be recorded to the HDD 210.
