PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser module which can attain a narrowed spectral line width. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser module which is a combined semiconductor laser diode 84 and light reflector 82 includes a lens 85 for converting the light emitted from the semiconductor laser diode 84 to parallel light, and a lens 86 for optically coupling the parallel light to a fiber.
