PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial lead capacitor in which displacement between a laminated chip capacitor and leads during soldering is prevented, and which can be inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: The radial lead capacitor 1 is provided with a capacitor unit 10 and a lead 12. The capacitor unit 10 has a first side 10a, a second side 10b, and a third side 10c. The second side 10b is confronted with the third side 10c. Electrodes 111a and 111b are formed in the second side 10b and the third side 10c. The lead 12 has a connection part 122 connected to a substrate and sandwiching parts 121 which are connected to the connection 122, and are electrically connected to a plurality of electrodes 111 in common. A pair of sandwiching parts 121 sandwich the capacitor unit 10. The lead 12 has a holder 123 holding the first side 10a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
