PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain successful shake-correction performance by guiding and supporting the relative movement of a movable member and a fixing member only by the rolling of a ball and reducing a frictional force to the utmost when correcting the shake. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: three balls 16 that can relatively move while being held between the movable member 15 that holds a shake correction lens L3 and the fixing member 13; three regulation parts separately provided corresponding to the three balls so as to control the relative movement of the balls within a limit extent; and a regulation means that moves the three balls up to the center position of the limit extent by returning the movable member to the center position of the driving extent during the shake correction after previously driving the movable member before the shake correction when the power is supplied, then, sets the three balls in positions not coming in contact with the regulation parts during the shake correction.
