PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain-proof synthetic leather which is a synthetic leather using an aqueous polyurethane resin film, has a stain-proof property against ketchup, coffee, white board marker, povidone iodine used for oral disinfection and the like in hospitals or the like, and can be wiped with towel or the like, even when stained therewith. SOLUTION: This synthetic leather is characterized by having a film containing an acrylsilicone-based compound as a main component and an aqueous polyurethane resin film on at least one side of a fiber fabric substrate, and laminating them in an order of the film containing the acrylsilicone-based compound as a main component, the aqueous polyurethane resin film, and the fiber fabric substrate.
