PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe formulation of elcatonin which is stable and safe to a human body. SOLUTION: This is a prefilled syringe formulation of elcatonin in which an aqueous solution containing elcatonin as an active ingredient is filled, and the quantity of elusion to the aqueous solution is not higher than 2% in terms of the area ratio of a high performance liquid chromatography measurement. This is a prefilled syringe formulation of elcatonin in which an aqueous solution containing elcatonin as an active ingredient is filled, and the volume of the vacant part is not larger than 0.2 when the volume occupied by the aqueous solution is taken as 1. This prefilled syringe formulation of elcatonin in which an aqueous solution containing elcatonin as an active ingredient is filled in a syringe adhered with a silicone with concentration of not greater than 3 w/v% on its inner surface.
