PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial filling material that exhibits efficient antimicrobial actions on many kinds of microorganisms without influences on human bodies or the environment. SOLUTION: An antimicrobial composition, comprising two kinds selected from only among imidazole-based organic antimicrobial agents and an inorganic antimicrobial agent, and a moisture-curable member such as silicone, cement, a urethane polymer or an acrylic polymer are properly mixed, are filled in a joint between tiles, a crevice between window frames, a crack in an outer wall of a building, or the like and is cured by moisture in the air. The filling material comprises the antimicrobial composition having a remarkably wide antimicrobial spectrum, exhibiting no skin-irritating properties and exerting no influences on human bodies or the environment and satisfactorily exhibits excellent antimicrobial actions efficiently as a filling material utilized at places where a microorganism, in particular, is apt to generate because of waterdrops or moisture.
