PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure reinforcing method for positively improving the strength of a reinforcement objective structure by positively uniting reinforcing concrete with reinforcement objective concrete through a simple manner and by a simple structure, and to provide a concrete structure reinforcing structure. SOLUTION: According to the method, brackets 3 are attached to the reinforcement objective structure on both sides of a location to be reinforced, and each beam main reinforcement anchor 6 having one end thereof attached to a support body such as a column 1, has the other end thereof arranged in an upper space of an arched plate 4. Then the arched plate is arranged between the both-side brackets, and one end of each shear reinforcement 5 is attached to the arched plate, followed by attaching the other end of the same to the reinforcement objective concrete. Further the reinforcing concrete is poured inside an area defined by the arched plate and side forms arranged on both external sides of the same in a manner enclosing the beam main reinforcement anchors.
