PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine, preventing fraudulence using "suspending board" or the like. SOLUTION: An update initial value of a random number counter for determining a large prize is counted by an initial value counter. The value of the initial value counter is repeatedly updated during the residual time in the reset interruption processing. The residual time of the reset interruption processing is indefinite time varying with the status of a game, and in the "suspending board", this indefinite time cannot be acquired. Accordingly, the value of the initial value counter repeatedly updated during such indefinite time is used as an update initial value of the random number counter, so that timing of generating a large prize using "suspended board" cannot be acquired. Since the value of the initial value counter is updated by an internal register (S41 to S44) and then saved in the initial value counter in the order of low order byte and high order byte (S45, S46), the value of the updated initial value counter is not a value out of the original update range.
