PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger ring promoting blood circulation in the brain by rotating a ball or an outer rotary ring to bring about a relaxation effect, and providing aesthetic change of a rolling ball. SOLUTION: An inner ring 13 is mounted on a human finger. Balls 7A, 7B, and 7C are restricted by protruding portions 17a, 17b, 19, and 21, and prevented from being disengaged to the outside. Rotary rings 15A and 15B are made to be turnable relative to the inner ring 13. The balls 7A, 7B, and 7C are protruded from a fixing outer rings 11A and 11B and rotary rings 15A and 15B by a predetermined height when viewed from a radial direction.
