摘要 <p>The tip of a pen (21) is restrained by a pen holding mechanism (32). A large diameter member (28) protrudes a predetermined amount from the outer peripheral surface of the pen (21). When the tip of the pen (21) is released from the restraint, a drive mechanism applies drive force toward an opening (3la) to the tip of the pen (21). Because a narrow passage member (33) absolutely comes into contact with the large diameter member (28), the movement of the pen (21) is restricted to prevent the pen from falling off the opening (31a). When the tip of the pen (21) is restrained, the narrow passage member (33) is disposed between the large diameter member (28) and the opening (31a) with a distance L4 maintained between the rear end of the large diameter member (28) and the front end of the narrow passage member (33). Therefore, the distance of movement of the large diameter member (28), or that of the pen (21), is equal to the distance L4. The pen (21) reliably projects from the opening a projection amount equal to the distance L4. When the pen (21) is pulled out of the opening (31a), the narrow passage member (33) allows the pen to pass therethrough. The pen (21) is completely pulled out of the opening (31a).</p>
