A conference service supply method of a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) system and a device therefor are provided to allow participants participating in a conference to share contents while a conference service is provided in the VoIP system, thus the participants can more effectively progress the conference through the shared contents. The first participant accesses a contents server, and uploads contents(S100). The first participant demands a conference call to a conference server(S110). The conference server transmits address information of the contents server as demanding participation to the second participant participating in a conference(S120-S140). The second participant downloads the contents after accessing the contents server(S150).
