A drop lift is provided to easily and safely install and maintain the drop lift by installing a drive unit at a lower portion of the drop lift without moving heavy components to a top portion during an initial installation of the drop lift. A base frame(200), spiral lifts(210), an elevation frame(220), a base plate(230), a pair of motors(240), an electric shaft, a gear box(260), and a branch shaft(251) are provided at a lower portion of a cage connected to a slide guide and lifted along a vertical column. The spiral lifts are installed at four corners of the base frame. The elevation frame is mounted to the upper ends of the spiral lifts. The cage is mounted to the upper surface of the elevation frame. The base plate is mounted to the base frame lengthwise. The motors are mounted to the base plate in opposite directions respectively. The electric shaft transfers the power of the motors to the spiral lift. |
