A tire position finding apparatus of a TPMS is provided to improve the functionality of the TPMS by simply checking the positions of each tire without using an initiator. A tire position finding apparatus of a TPMS comprises detection sensors(10) installed at four tires. A receiver receives information from the detection sensors(10). Sheet resistors(50) that have resistance values different from each other are installed at wheel mounting positions of each wheel plate(80). The detection sensor(10) is connected to the plate resistor(50) installed at a corresponding wheel through a connection wire(60). A BCM (body control module) supplies electric current to the plate resistors(50) at regular time intervals, and compares a measured voltage value with a voltage value previously input to the detection sensor(10), thereby checking the positions of each tire.
