An automatic rotating sound absorbing type soundproof plate is provided to increase soundproofing efficiency by forming in a cylindrical shape and to keep the external appearance of a rotary body clean by sweeping away dust or other impurities attached on an outer case portion easily by the rotation of a rotary body. The automatic rotating sound absorbing type soundproof plate(P) comprises a frame portion(20) composed of a frame(22) formed in a rectangular shape as a whole, a rubber plate fixed to the upper and lower sides of the frame to reduce frictional force with an outer case portion and a brush installed to the right and left sides of the rubber plate and the frame to sweep an outer case portion of a rotary body, and a rotary body(30) composed of an inner case portion fixed to the inside of the frame and formed in an empty cylindrical shape to have the appointed diameter and length, spacer-cum-shape retentive members installed along the outer circumferential surface of the inner case at regular intervals, a sound absorbing member installed between the spacer-cum-shape retentive members to oscillate the noise flew in through sound absorbing holes of an outer case portion into sound waves, an outer case portion(40) adhered closely to the outside of the spacer-cum-shape retentive members to keep the outer case portion at the appointed space and shape and provided with many sound absorbing holes(38) to absorb noise and a side portion(46) provided with an insertion portion inserted to the appointed depth on the inner circumferential surface to cover two ends of the outer case portion and a shaft formed in the center of the outer circumferential surface.
