An oil leveling structure for an automobile is provided to supply an appropriate amount of oil during oil exchange and to reduce the number of components, thereby reducing maintenance cost. An oil leveling structure for an automobile includes an engine or transmission case(100), an oil fan(110), and a plug(120). The oil fan is mounted on the engine or transmission case to store oil. The oil fan has an oil hole disposed at a predetermined height from the bottom surface of the oil fan. The plug is detachably installed in the oil hole. The height of the oil hole is determined such that an appropriate amount of oil is stored in the oil fan. After completely discharging the oil in the oil fan to the outside, the plug is removed from the oil hole after closing a drain plug. When new oil is filed in the oil hole, the oil overflowed the oil hole is discharged to the outside through the oil hole.
