ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY PROVIDING TRANSPARENT CATHODE

An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce power consumption of the display device and to enhance brightness by improving a conductivity of a cathode using a quantum tunneling effect. An organic light emitting display device includes a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) layer(100) and an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode)(200). The TFT layer includes a substrate(110), a gate electrode(120), a source region(130), and a drain region(140) which are arranged thereon. The OLED includes an anode(210), a light emitting layer(220), and a cathode(230). The OLED is laminated on the TFT layer. When a voltage is applied on the gate electrode, a current flows from the source region to the drain region. An optical transmission property of the cathode is improved by applying a transparent oxide film between metal films.
