A servo press structure using a knuckle mechanism to apply a servo press to a large cold forged product by increasing the sliding area using the knuckle mechanism with links installed in both directions. A knuckle press includes a driving gear unit(10) for driving a main shaft(12) by a servo motor which operates in accordance with the control signal of a servo controller attached onto a top plate(41) of a frame; a knuckle mechanism(20) having a connecting rod(23) with one side mounted on the main shaft and the other side connected to an upper link(21) and a lower link(22), and a plunger(25) coupled to a plunger guide(24) fixed on a lower plate(42) of the frame; and a balance cylinder unit(30) fixed on the lower plate of the frame and equipped with a balance piston(31) coupled to a top of the balance rod and a base(33) coupled to a lower end of the balance cylinder unit. A first gear is mounted on a shaft of the servo motor arranged in a motor housing(43) of the top plate of the frame. A drive shaft fixed at a lower end of the first gear has one side equipped with a second gear(112) connected to the first gear and the other side equipped with a main gear mounted on the main shaft on which a third gear(111) is eccentrically mounted. The main gear is connected to the knuckle mechanism, and the balance cylinder unit is arranged at both sides of the lower plate of the frame.
