A system for evaluating a color deviation of a dynamic image of a display and an evaluating method therefor are provided to offer quantified color deviation evaluation and rationally and accurately analyze the dynamic image quality of the display by photographing the dynamic image, performing color characterization conversion, and quantifying the color deviation by using a person eye simulation implement. An image capture device(31) photographs a dynamic image on a display to be measured by a color photographing device by a simulation person eye following type. An image localizing device(33) localizes the photographed image. A color characterizing device(35) corrects the image and simultaneously acquires a color characterization value. An image analyzing device(37) records a visual model, analyzes the photographed image luminance and a chroma deviation, and draws a measurement curve on a uniform chroma space.
