A motor for driving a lens is provided to minimize a deformation of a lower spring by increasing an elastic property of the lower spring to be greater than that of an upper spring. A motor for driving a lens includes a base(110), a housing(120), a ring-type yoke(130), a ring-type magnet(140), a carrier(150), a coil(160), an upper spring(181), and a lower spring(185). The housing is coupled with an upper surface of the base. The ring-type yoke is fixed inside the housing. The ring-type magnet is fixed on an inner periphery of the yoke. The carrier is arranged inside the yoke to rise and fall. A lens is assembled to the carrier. The coil is fixed on an outer periphery of the carrier and lifts the carrier with the magnet. The upper spring is arranged on the yoke and recovers an initial state of the carrier, when a current supply is disconnected. The lower spring is arranged under the yoke and has a higher elastic property than the upper spring.
