<p>The system has application data, identification number and transaction number of the transaction counter of the data medium are filed in the data base (17,18) of the groups (A,B), which locate the user. Transaction number read by transaction counter with the identification number filed in the data base and respective access control device releases the access valid access authorization checking (5-8). The identification number and the transaction number are read from the transaction counter of the data medium during access to an output device (1-4) of these groups with writing/reading device (13-16). The application data from the data base are released with conformity of the identification number read the data medium.</p> |
