Vibrating equipment for fitness is provided to effectively absorb shock, vibration, and noise generated from a foot plate and a vibration generating portion by forming a shock absorbing pad, a spring, and a bushing. Vibrating equipment includes a body(2), a support leg(30) protruding from a lower portion of the body through a fastening hole(3) and having a guide space portion(32) formed on the central portion thereof, a guide rod(15) installed on a lower portion of a support plate(10) and moving in the guide space portion of the support leg, and a shock absorbing pad(20) installed between the support plate and the support leg for absorbing a shock of the support plate when the guide rod moves. A T-shaped buff packing(40) is installed between an outer peripheral surface of the support leg and the fastening hole of the body.
