UNIFIED RADIO RESOURCE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND BASE STATION FOR HYBRID DIVISION DUPLEX SYSTEM

A unified radio resource management method for an HDD(Hybrid Division Duplex) system and a base station device are provided to effectively determine a ratio of uplink/downlink of a TDD(Time Division Duplex) mode band according to a duplexing mode of the uplink, thereby magnifying efficiency of the system. The downlink traffic requirement and uplink traffic requirement of each terminal within the first cell are measured. CINRs(Carrier to Interference and Noise Ratios) measured in each terminal are compared with a threshold value of the CINRs to determine uplink modes of each terminal. The sectional ratio of uplink/downlink of a TDD mode is determined by an uplink traffic requirement of a terminal operating in the TDD mode in case of the uplink and the downlink traffic requirement of the first cell.
