A speeding notification device is provided to prevent speeding by stably notifying a driver that a vehicle is driving at a speed more than a predetermined speed. A speeding notification device comprises a vibration motor(20) and a setup switch(30) installed at a steering wheel(10) of a vehicle. The vibration motor(20) and the setup switch(30) are connected to an engine control unit(40). When the speed of the vehicle exceeds a previously set speed, the vibration motor(20) is operated to vibrate the steering wheel(10). The setup switch(30) is installed at the upper center portion of one side of a grasping member of the steering wheel(10). The engine control unit(40) is connected to a microcomputer(60) via a frequency counter(50). The setup switch(30) and the vibration motor(20) are controlled by the microcomputer(60).
