摘要 A hybrid multiple access apparatus in a mobile communication system and a method thereof are provided to expect a more efficient reverse hybrid multiple access scheme and higher spectrum efficiency by executing reverse transmission in a non-orthogonal method if high-speed data transmission is not required and executing reverse transmission in an orthogonal method if high-speed data transmission is required. A reverse hybrid multiple access apparatus in a mobile communication system comprises a non-orthogonal signal receiving part(2001), a channel estimation part(2002), an orthogonal resource request detection part(2003), an orthogonal resource allocation part(2004), and an orthogonal resource allocation information transmitting part(2005). The non-orthogonal signal receiving part(2001) receives signals from a mobile station in a non-orthogonal method. The channel estimation part(2002) estimates a channel state between the mobile station and a base station. The orthogonal resource request detection part(2003) detects an orthogonal resource request received from the mobile station. The orthogonal resource allocation part(2004) allocates an orthogonal resource to the mobile station by using channel estimation information of the channel estimation part(2002) according to the detected orthogonal resource request. The orthogonal resource allocation information transmitting part(2005) delivers the allocated resource to the mobile station.
