A capacity variation device of a scroll compressor is provided to remarkably reduce power consumption, and to reduce manufacturing costs by allowing variation width of the scroll compressor to be large, and allowing optimum operation depending on conditions to be possible. A capacity variation device of a scroll compressor comprises a case, a rotation scroll(400), a fixed scroll(300), a second inflow hole(311) and a closing/opening unit. The rotation scroll is installed inside the case, and includes a wrap having involute shape. The fixed scroll includes the wrap having the involute shape so as to form a compression chamber by being coupled to the rotation scroll, and includes a first inflow hole(390) formed to have one opened side so as to allow refrigerant gas to be flowed into the compression chamber. The second scroll is formed to have the opened other side of the fixed scroll within a predetermined angle range with regard to a position provided with the first inflow hole from a center of the fixed scroll so as to allow the refrigerant gas to flow into the compression chamber. The closing/opening unit is installed in an inlet step of the second inflow hole.
