The element has a plastic/metal base placed in an upper plate and arranged in a reflective sheet. Another reflective sheet is arranged in another plastic or metal base by a male die part that is arranged in a luster and a female die part (20). A recess (6) is formed in an inner side of the female die part. A solid body (7) is connected with a small slit and placed in an ejector (8). The upper plate and the latter reflective sheet allow a leg to perform embossing process in a plastic sheet that is arranged in a front side of a license plate. The male die part is made of elastic material. The ejector is made of rubber or thermoplastic material.
