A cartridge (2) including: a photosensitive recording medium (4); a cartridge body (11) including a disc receiving portion for receiving the photosensitive recording medium (4) rotatably, an opening portion formed in a side surface (11c) in a direction of insertion, a light-shield plate mounting surface provided on an outer surface, and an inner opening for exposing a center and a recording surface of the photosensitive recording medium (4) to an outside; a light-shield plate (12) inserted from the side surface (11c) of the cartridge body on the opening portion side and mounted onto the light-shield plate mounting surface; and a lid (21) which is fixed to the side surface of the cartridge body (11) so as to close the opening portion and fix the light-shield plate (12) to the cartridge body (11).
