A multi-language support service is provided to offer convenient and practical language support functions to foreign users connecting to a foreign PR(Public Relation) homepage of small/middle scale companies by providing a translation service. If the foreign user is connected to the foreign PR homepage including a multi-language support system banner window, the foreign user transfers an opinion to an operator of the homepage and receives an answer from the operator by selecting the desired language support service by clicking a multi-language system. The available language support service includes an email translation service, an emergency call interpretation service, a conference call service, and a prompt interpretation service.
