A personal mobile terminal having a rotating part is provided to enable the rotating part to open a key pad which is positioned on an upper surface of a main part by further rotating the rotating part from a position at which wide view is implemented. A main part(210) includes a rack(214) formed at one side thereof and a central guide(212) for providing a movement path. A pinion(230) is engaged with the rack(214) and guided by the central guide(212) so as to move along the movement path. A rotating part(220) is combined with the pinion(230) and is rotatably moved on the main part(210).
