<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extractor by which workability is improved in cleaning, and which can correspond to a different type of beverage extracting pack, and is set to perform extraction with the beverage extracting pack without using an expensive component. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage extractor includes: heating means (heaters 14, 15) for heating liquid stored in an inner vessel 13; a water supply means (liquid pressure supplying pump 16) for supplying by pressure the liquid in the inner vessel 13; an injecting needle 22 connected to a water supply route; and a pack mounting mechanism 37 which is arranged in front of an external body 11, and where the sealed beverage extracting packs 1A, 1B are removably mounted so as to inject the liquid by penetrating the packs 1A, 1B with the injecting needle 22. The external body 11 is divided into the inner vessel 13, a main body unit 10 having the heating means and the water supply means, and pack mounting units 32A, 32B having the pack mounting mechanism 37.
