A method for manufacturing a bookbinding cover structure having a receiving part and a bookbinding method using the same are provided to produce the firm covers having the receiving part of various shapes. A method for manufacturing a bookbinding cover structure having a receiving part(140) comprises the steps of: preparing an outer cover(101) having an adhesive layer protected by a release paper and applied on one surface; exposing the adhesive layer formed in the left and right centers of the outer cover; bonding left and right cover core materials(110a,110b); exposing the adhesive layer formed along the rim of the outer cover; folding the outer cover having the exposed rim adhesive layer, with surrounding the edges of the lateral and upper sides of the cover core material and then bonding the outer cover; fixing the flat receiving member equipped with a pocket having a slit-type inlet, to the edge of the outer cover with vertically matching the receiving member to the edge of the outer cover; and covering the entire upside of the receiving member and temporarily fixing the upside of the cover core material exposed through the receiving member, by attaching a protection layer(150). |
