An automatic stud press-inserting device of a chassis for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to contribute to automation in chassis production and reduce the number of operators and a process time by automatically press-inserting a stud in a corresponding stud mounting hole of a chassis. A main frame(101) serves as a support of a lower portion of a device. A jig frame(110) is fixedly installed on a mounting plate on an upper surface of the main frame by way of a predetermined support structure(103), and includes a chassis fixing unit for fixing a chassis while a study is press-inserted. A plurality of horizontal stud press-inserting units(200) and vertical stud press-inserting units(300) are disposed around the chassis fixed on the jag frame in a state of being supported by the mounting plate and a fixing frame(104) fixedly inserted on the mounting plate by way of a separate support structure, and each press-insert a stud in edge side portions and front portions of the chassis on the jig frame. While the chassis including a plurality of stud mounting holes at predetermined positions of the side and front portions is fixed on the jig frame, the horizontal stud press-inserting units and vertical stud press-inserting units operate under control of a controller to press-insert studs of the respective stud mounting holes of the chassis. |
