A manufacturing method of a display device is provided prevent corrosion of a color filter when a transparent conductive layer pattern is formed, by disposing a mask including an opening on a color filter, depositing a transparent conductive layer on the mask, and then forming a transparent conductive layer pattern by separating the mask. A mask(70) including an opening is prepared in a predetermined area. A color filter(60) is formed on a substrate(10). The mask is disposed on the color filter. A transparent conductive layer(80') is formed on an entire surface of the substrate. The mask is removed from the color filter, and a transparent conductive layer pattern is formed on the color filter of an area corresponding to an opening. Before the color filter is formed, a gate line and a data line intersecting each other to define a pixel area are formed on the substrate. |
