The method involves controlling a motor connected to a primary shaft and heat engine through a coupling unit using a control unit to generate a torque slot when the coupling unit is controlled for moving from a sliding state, in which motor speed (Wmot) and primary shaft speed (Weq) are different, to an adhered state in which the motor speed and primary shaft speed are identical. The control unit is connected to an accelerator pedal of a motor vehicle.
