A floating type drain pump system is provided to float by a buoyancy unit and fix the drain pump in the buoyancy unit for the compatibility of the drain pump without any problems in wire or hose handling. A floating type drain pump system includes a buoyancy unit(100) having a pair of floats positioned horizontally with a distance from each other, two pairs of guide bars extended from two pairs of welding bands surrounding the floats toward a gap between the floats by a predetermined length, and two pairs of U-shaped bands formed at each end of the guide bars, wherein the pairs of the U-shaped bands is coupled together by coupling elements. A drain pump(200) has an outlet and a power supply line, and fitted into any one pair of the U-shaped bands. A conduit insertion type hose(300) has a hollow fabric body, and a conduit(320) secured and fixed on a surface of the body in the lengthwise direction by a sealing element. A connection socket is inserted into the other one of the U-shaped bands and connects the conduit insertion type hose to the outlet of the drain pump. A reel(400) winds the conduit insertion type hose.
