<p>The device has a radially elastic clamping unit (3) arranged conically in an outer part in such a manner that a relative movement between the unit and the part for clamping a rod (2) leads to a counter movement for release of the rod. A release piston (5) produces the counter movement for the release of the rod and is loaded with hydraulic oil that is supplied by a pump (9). An area of the piston and its surrounding part opposite to the environment are sealed by sealing membranes (7, 8), which flexibly provide a relative movement of the piston.</p> |
