Each heating resistor has a heating conductor for converting electrical energy into heat, and a carrier part, which is made of temperature resistant material and provided for the heating conductor. The carrier parts (5, 5`) have an electrically insulating ceramic material, and the heating conductors (4, 4`) have an electrically conducting ceramic material. The ceramic materials of the carrier parts and conductors are connected with one another in a material fit manner.</p> |
