A doll rotating device using magnetic property is provided to rotate a doll installed on an upper portion of a body according to a rotation of the doll rotating device installed on an inner portion of the body using first and second magnets. A doll rotating device includes a storage portion(200) storing various sounds according to speed and dynamics of the sound, an operating portion(220) selecting and playing the stored sound, a controller(260) controlling a rotation speed of a motor(120) according to the speed and dynamics of the sound generated from the storage portion, and a power supply portion(280) supplying electric power to the respective portions comprising the motor for controlling a rotation speed of a doll according to the sounds. Plural lamps(300) are formed on an upper body in the rotation direction of a first magnet. |
